Pearl Barley whit chicken

Just something I cook after I eat in this restaurant cold “Dobra kasza nasza” in Zakopane. They had  variety of meals based on Barley. That’s my simple and quick interpretation: cook some grained pearl barley, fried onions, chicken add some sliced green olives, oregano and little bit of salt then mix everything together and bake in the oven for around 20 min/ 170c. On the side natural yoghurt mixed with horseradish and grated carrots.
