Veg could’t be any easer, cut some red onions, peepers different colours,carrots, parsnip, aubergine, courgettesor even mushroom, add some freshly ground black pepper, olive oil and if you like fresh rosemary. Put them into hot oven 200c for around 1h don’t forget to turning vegetables when they roasting. Eat them whit pasta, salads, meat or sandwiches, have some fun.x
